Exchange Period

Customers have a 7-day window from the day of delivery to easily exchange their products.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.

Kindly note that personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or are damaged during shipping.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, simply contact our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 305 2391800. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Once confirmed, customers will need to return the item(s) via any courier service to our warehouse address to complete the exchange process.
